From a shooting gallery to modern shopping center

In the south of Antwerp, near the district of Hoboken you can find this remarkable small shopping center. The old building, also called "den TIR" meaning "the trigger" was originally a 19th century shooting gallery for the Belgian civic guard. It has recently been converted and rebuild into a modern shopping center designed by architect Arno Meijs.

You can find the shopping center at this address: Sint-Bernardsesteenweg 312–320 Antwerp (Kiel)
