The waterfall of Bayehon

The Bayehon waterfall is a 9 meters high waterfall in the vicinity of the Belgian village of Longfaye, 7 km north of the city Malmedy. It's is known for its extraordinary beauty and the way it fits into the nature surrounding it.

The waterfall is situated at an altitude of 510 meters above sea level. That makes it the highest navigable waterfall in Belgium for kayak sports. This natural waterfall lies on the course of the Ruisseau de Bayehon. The waterfall is located in a deep-cut forest gorge, and there is a walking path to it starting at the Moulin de Bayehon watermill.
